How to create a Playlist

This document shows a procedure on how to create a playlist ;

 

  1. Go to the Content tab, click on New and select Playlist




  1. You will see this page after selecting Playlist




  1. Fill up the details to your convenience






  1. Search the content in the search bar or select from the folders listed below



  1. Select the content and drag and drop to the right side



  1. You can drag and drop any content one after the other (campaign/app/video/image/composition/html) to create a playlist


  1. You can see how many videos/images/apps are added to the playlist



  1. You can search the content in the search section



  1. Use the distribute category option to distribute the contents added in the playlist 



  1. You can change the position of the content by dragging it from one place to another




  1. You can change the settings of each content by hovering the mouse over the content



  1. Restriction - This option allows you to set a time, date and place to play the content


  1. A. click on  


          B. Select if you want to play it always or on a specific date & time and where do you want to play. You can also choose if you want to play this content with specific player tags.

  1. Pause - This option will pause content from playing



  1. Edit configuration - this option will allow you to add time and transition for the content



  1. Select or add time manually and select the transition you want



  1. Duplicate item - this will duplicate item



  1. Select how many extra copies you want



  1. Move - this option will allow you to move the item from one place to another


  1. Select where the item should be



  1. Remove - this will remove the item from the playlist



  1. Click on Save and Publish



  1. Click on Publish to player



  1. Select the player and appropriate settings and click on publish
