Editing WordPress Page - Live Editing

This document explains how to edit a WordPress page - Live editing


  1. Login to Website with username & password



  1. Go to pages and select All pages



  1. Hover your mouse over the page and click on edit.



  1. Hover your mouse over the page and click on Live Content Edit (Live content edit allows you to edit the page in live mode) 


 

  1. The live edit page looks like this:

 

  1. You can click on any element or section to edit it 



  1. Once settings are changed or edited click on "Apply"



  1. To add a new section you can click on the plus icon



 

  1. A section will be created and a side panel will open to add prebuilt sections or you can add elements to the section, drag and drop to create a section.


 

  1. Select the elements option on the left panel to see all elements

 


  1. You can drag and drop elements to the section, like "Button"



  1. Once added, click on the button to edit the button options and change settings as required


 

 

  1. Change the settings as required



  1. Once edited click on "Apply"

 


  1. Click 'required' to make the changes on the page
